The water

Rare and precious in Morocco, water was naturally present on the land of the Samanah Country Club, flowing down from the Atlas in the main river beds. Preserving this natural wealth and enhancing it is an integral part of modern Moroccan eco-culture and all part of living at the Samanah Country Club. Intelligently using its coolness by playing on contrasts, learning how to use it sparingly while creating the illusion that it flows abundantly, is a true philosophy here. From the decision to create a «desert golf course», to the choice of swimming pool depths, and to the choice of the vegetation to be imported and being thoughtful about their layout, water was one of our core priorities when designing the Samanah Country Club.
