The Vegetation
From the outset of the project, seven hectares were set aside for a full tree and planting nursery. The plants already growing on the land when we arrived were mainly cacti and olive trees. We transferred them to the nursery during construction and then replanted them later. Other species were also cultivated: in total there are around seventy varieties of plants thriving here, receiving plenty of water and bathed in sunlight.
Here trees and shrubs become slowly acclimatised waiting to take their final place in the villa gardens, the green spaces, and along the golf course. The tree nursery and two greenhouses make it possible to grow the plants whilst the houses are being built, hence all the villa gardens will have be pleasingly mature.
