Samanah Country Club wins acclaim as it is elected "Best tourist & golf resort” in the world.

Held on 12th November in San Diego, the International Property Awards 2009 honoured the Samanah Country Club which received the highest award in its category, “Golf Development”.
The International Property Awards bring together the winners of the various Awards organised beforehand in the main regions of the world: on 25th October in Dubai, the Samanah Country Club won the prize of “Best Golf Development – ARABIA”, allowing it to take part in the competition in San Diego as one of the finest current property developments built in the world.

Each year, the International Property Awards reward the most talented property industry professionals in the world.

The Award was given to the Samanah Country Club after checks on several quality criteria: the location, exterior and interior architecture, general appearance and overall finish, security, services, ecology, marketing and lastly, integration of the golf course within the estate concept.

By winning this much sought after prize, the ALAIN CRENN GROUP – the property developers behind the Samanah Country Club – have hit the ground running with their first project in Morocco.

A date for your diaries: 5th December at the club-house…

The Samanah golf course and its club-house will be officially inaugurated on 5th December, in the presence of Moroccan celebrities and local elected representatives.
All the owners and future owners of villas are of course invited to this exceptional evening event, the highpoint of which is a seated dinner with individually named places.
The following day, a Pro-Am competition will kick off the Samanah Masters, an international competition whose sponsor is none other than the Hassan II Trophy Association.
 
The Douirias at Samanah

On 13th November, the Alain Crenn Group put the Esma and Farah Douirias on the market. The Douirias are 2 to 3 room apartments located at the estate’s entrance, near the square.
To respect the harmony of the estate, the exterior architecture of the Douirias is the same as the nearby Carissa houses. The Alain Crenn Group has chosen to transform the buildings initially designed as houses into apartments, following a deluge of requests for this type of property.
